In addition to a very sound and well-founded knowledge of national fiscal law a Specialist in International Fiscal Law must also be familiar with the basic principles of other foreign tax systems. This is, so to speak, the supreme discipline in fiscal law: advice at the highest level and with the greatest complexity.
